TrynnPartners

Pan-India · Finance · Legal · Secretarial · HR

Your back office, run by one partnership.

Trynn Partners takes the recurring work of running a company off your desk: books and tax, contracts, ROC filings, payroll and labour compliance. Instead of chasing an accountant, a CS firm, a lawyer and a payroll agency separately, you deal with one point of contact who owns your compliance calendar and coordinates everyone behind it. You stop being the go-between and get back to running the business.

Practices

Four desks, one engagement

Most growing companies buy these services from four different vendors and become the go-between. A share allotment touches the cap table, the board minutes, FEMA reporting and employee ESOP letters. We handle it as one piece of work.

Finance & Tax

From monthly close to the board pack

  • Bookkeeping and monthly close
  • MIS, board and investor reporting
  • Virtual CFO, budgets and cash-flow planning
  • GST returns and ITC reconciliation
  • TDS/TCS deposits, returns and certificates
  • Income-tax returns and advance tax
  • ESOP pools, cap table and valuations coordination
  • Due-diligence and fundraise readiness

Statutory and tax audits are carried out by your independently appointed auditor. We prepare and coordinate.

Legal & Contracts

Documentation and compliance support

  • Commercial contracts, NDAs and MSAs
  • Vendor and customer terms review
  • Employment agreements and policies
  • Shareholder and investment document support
  • Business registrations and licences
  • Trademark filing coordination
  • Website terms and privacy notices (DPDP)
  • Contract and licence renewal tracking

We do not appear before courts or tribunals. Disputes and representation are referred to independent advocates.

Company Secretarial

Companies Act, LLP Act and FEMA

  • Company, LLP and OPC incorporation
  • AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1
  • Board and general meetings, agendas, minutes
  • Statutory registers and records
  • Allotments, director and capital changes
  • FDI reporting (FC-GPR) and annual FLA return
  • ESOP scheme approvals and filings
  • Strike-off, conversion and restructuring support

Secretarial audits and practice certifications are signed by an independent company secretary in practice.

People & Payroll

Hire to retire, done properly

  • Monthly payroll, payslips and salary TDS
  • PF, ESIC, PT and LWF registrations and returns
  • Labour Codes readiness and wage structuring
  • HR policies and employee handbook
  • POSH policy, Internal Committee and annual report
  • Onboarding, exits and full-and-final settlement
  • Org design and compensation benchmarking
  • HR systems selection and setup

India's four Labour Codes took effect on 21 November 2025. We review your salary structures and policies against them.

How an engagement runs

From a health check to a quiet month-end

We start by finding out where you stand, agree a fixed monthly scope, take over the records cleanly, then run the calendar. You get one point of contact and one review each month.

  1. 01

    Health check

We review books, filings, registers, contracts and payroll compliance, and list gaps by risk.

    Week 1–2
  2. 02

    Scope & calendar

A written engagement letter with fixed scope, owners and a statutory calendar for your entity.

    Week 2
  3. 03

    Transition

We take over books, portal access, records and payroll inputs, and close any open defaults first.

    Week 3–6
  4. 04

    Run & review

Monthly close, filings and payroll on schedule, with a single review meeting and MIS each month.

Who does the work

Partners

A partner owns your relationship and signs off on every deliverable. You have one name to call for anything across the four desks.

In-house team

Our own executives do the groundwork: entries and reconciliations, return preparation, payroll runs, drafts, registers and filings.

Specialist network

Independent CA firms, CS firms, law firms, HR consultants and advisors we bring in when a matter needs them, such as audits, certifications, valuations or disputes. We brief them and manage the handoffs.

On-site SPOC optional

A full-time Trynn resource placed at your office as the day-to-day single point of contact for the engagement, backed by the team behind them. Charged in addition to the retainer.

Partners

Run by people who have done these jobs in-house

Our partners have led finance, legal and secretarial, and people functions inside high-growth companies. They know what a founder, a board and an auditor each need to see, because they have sat on that side of the table. Behind them is an in-house execution team and a network of specialist firms.

Questions

Before you write in

Straight answers on what we do, what we don't, and how engagements are set up.

Is Trynn Partners a CA firm or a law firm?

No. Trynn Partners is a partnership firm providing business support, compliance and advisory services. We do not perform statutory, tax or secretarial audits or other attest work, and we do not represent clients before courts or tribunals. When a matter needs a practising chartered accountant, company secretary or advocate, we bring in a firm from our network of independent professionals, appointed by you, and manage the work with them.

Can someone from your team work from our office?

Yes. We can place a full-time resource at your office who acts as the single point of contact for the engagement and handles day-to-day requests, with our partners and in-house team behind them. This is priced separately from the monthly retainer.

Which cities and states do you cover?

Yes, we work with businesses across India. Most work is done remotely on your systems and government portals, with visits or an on-site resource where the engagement needs it. We handle state-specific requirements such as professional tax, labour welfare fund and shops and establishments registrations.

Can we take only one practice, say payroll?

Yes. Many clients start with one desk and add others later. The health check covers all four areas so you can see where the gaps are, but you only engage us for what you choose.

How are fees set?

We agree a fixed monthly retainer after the health check, based on transaction volumes, number of employees and states, and the filings your entity needs. One-off projects such as incorporation or a fundraise are quoted separately in writing.

Which accounting and payroll systems do you work on?

We work on your existing systems where they are sound, including Zoho Books, Tally and common payroll platforms. If you are starting fresh, we recommend a setup that fits your volumes and help you implement it.

How do you keep our data confidential?

Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality clause. We use role-based access to portals, keep client records in access-controlled storage, and return or delete records at the end of the engagement as agreed.
